Guarantees

Here at Red Barn Company some of our items are hand made by local artisans and will vary slightly from one to another.   We reserve the right to update an item design, color, or substitute an item whenever these changes represent an equal or better design or value for our customer. 

Items shown on our online catalog are photos of the products available at the time of publication. An updated version may be substituted later. All sizes listed are approximations. Although our staff and proofreaders are diligent, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.

Shipping and Handling Policy

In-stock orders will typically ship within 48 hours, unless you have paid by check.  We ship usually FedEx Ground, UPS or in the state of California we ship Priority Mail.

If paying by personal check, shipment may be held 5 business days until check clears. Email us for our mailing address.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any shipping delays of over two weeks.   If a sign is backordered it could take up to five weeks since they are hand painted (usually it is two to three weeks but can be up to five weeks)

Returns Policy

You may return any item to Red Barn Company , except Special order items, within 15 days of receiving it. Therefore, always inspect your order immediately upon receipt to make sure it is correct and undamaged.  Special order items are not returnable.  After 15 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason including errors and defects. To return anything within the 15-day limit, the following procedure must be followed:

1.       E-Mail Red Barn Company and obtain a Return Authorization number. This number must appear on the front of the package you are returning. Please package the item carefully to avoid damage.

  1. Include the following with your return: (a) a copy of your original invoice and (b) a short note stating why you are returning the item and whether you want a refund, replacement or credit on account. 
  2. Insure the return package and pay the shipping charges. Freight collect packages are not accepted.

Red Barn Company accepts all returns subject to inspection. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS, WHICH HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, PAINTED OR CHANGED IN ANY WAY.
